Shipping policy

At Renasci, our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every customer who shops with us—whether you're purchasing from our Chennai store or online. We proudly ship across India, and international shipping is available upon request.

Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2 weeks depending on individual  designer timelines. We understand the anticipation that comes with receiving a thoughtfully chosen piece, and we keep our customers informed at every step with tracking details sent via  email or WhatsApp once an order is shipped. 

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped  within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. RENASCI is not liable  for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.  Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be  confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. To serve our local clientele, we also offer in-store pickup from our Chennai location. Customers can choose this option at checkout and will be notified when their order is ready for collection. 

We encourage customers to double-check their shipping details during checkout to avoid delays  or undeliverable packages. 

While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, designer production timelines, or customs clearance for international shipments. 

Domestic (India): 

● Flat ₹300. 

● Delivery Timeline - 2 weeks 

International: 

● Charges applicable as per location. Estimated delivery - 3 weeks

● Ships within 5–7 business days unless expedited.
