We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards and Net Banking options. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery nor do we accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

We cost a standard amount for shipping that is INR 300 for all domestic orders and all domestic orders will take about 2 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take 3 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, RENASCI may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly head to the “contact us” section within 24 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
